Role Overview

The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting functions, prepare financial reports, monitor compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization’s financial planning and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures
Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
Supervise junior accounting staff and assist with process improvements
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant is preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is an advantage)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
