Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-quality visual designs aligned with the brand identity
Create assets for loyalty programme campaigns, including emails, app/web content, social media, and digital advertising
Design printed materials such as brochures, invitations, in-store collateral, and packaging elements
Contribute to the visual storytelling of member journeys, benefits, and exclusive experiences
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and partnerships teams to translate briefs into compelling creative outputs
Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints while adapting designs for different formats and audiences
Maintain and evolve design templates and brand guidelines specific to the loyalty programme
Support quick turnaround requests while maintaining a premium level of execution

Requirements

Proven experience in luxury, premium, or high-end retail design (portfolio required)
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, and multi-channel execution
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
Experience designing for CRM/email platforms and digital user interfaces is a must
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy in a luxury context
Bilingual preferred
